Shipping within the United States
Please note that we currently only ship to addresses within the United States.

Our delivery timeline is composed of two stages: processing and shipping.

Order Confirmation
Once your order is placed and payment is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email.

Processing Time: 1-5 Business Days
Our team will prepare your items for shipment. This process typically takes 1-5 business days. Please note that processing times can be affected by product availability, national holidays, or high demand during peak seasons. We appreciate your patience.

Shipping Time: 3-12 Business Days
Once processed, your order will be shipped from our U.S. warehouse. Our standard shipping timeframe is 3-12 business days.

Total Estimated Delivery Time = Processing Time (1-5 days) + Shipping Time (3-12 days).

You can typically expect your package to arrive within 4 to 17 business days from the time you place your order.

Shipping Rates
We offer straightforward, flat-rate shipping based on your order total.

Tracking Your Order
As soon as your order ships, we will send you a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. Please allow 1-5 business days for the tracking information to become active in the carrier's system. If you have any concerns about your tracking status, please don't hesitate to contact us.

Important Notes
P.O. Boxes: Please be aware that some of our shipping partners cannot deliver to P.O. Box addresses. If your order is addressed to a P.O. Box that is undeliverable, our customer service team will contact you to request an alternative shipping address.

Taxes & Duties: All prices are inclusive of any applicable taxes. The price you see is the price you pay—no surprise import fees, duties, or VAT.
