Return & Refund Policy
We want you to be confident in your purchase. If something isn’t right, our return policy is straightforward and designed to be fair.

Our 14-Day Return Window
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible, items must be in their original condition:

Unworn and unwashed.

All original tags must be attached.

Cancellations & Refunds Before Shipment
If your order has not yet been shipped, you may cancel it for a full refund. Please email us immediately at support@ridedroptop.com with your order number to request a cancellation.

How to Start a Return
Email us at support@ridedroptop.com with the following information:

Your Order Number.

The name of the item(s) you wish to return.

A brief reason for the return (e.g., wrong size, not what I expected). This is optional but greatly helps us improve.

We will reply with detailed instructions on how to send your item(s) back.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email to notify you if your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be automatically processed to your original method of payment within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at support@ridedroptop.com.

Discounted & Final Sale Items
Most discounted items are eligible for return under our standard policy. However, please note that items marked as Final Sale, sold as part of a bundle deal, or included in a heavily discounted clearance event are not eligible for return. If you're unsure about a specific item, just ask us!

Return Shipping Costs
If we made an error (sent the wrong item, a defective product, etc.), we will cover the full cost of return shipping.

If you've had a change of heart, you will be responsible for covering the return shipping costs.

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. The cleanest way to exchange an item is to return your original purchase for a refund and place a new order for the desired item or size.

If your original order hasn't shipped yet, contact us right away. We'll do our best to modify it before it leaves our facility.

European Union (EU) 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
Notwithstanding the above, if merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. As stated in our general policy, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
